The Parish Council meets on the third Tuesday of each month 7:30pm in the Community Centre Old Vicarage Lane Monk Fryston. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe.

Joint Burial Committee
The Joint Burial Committee (JBC) meets on a regular basis to govern the management of the cemetery in Monk Fryston. The six members of the committee consist of two Councillors from Monk Fryston, two from Hillam and two from Burton Salmon Parish Councils.
